Demo & Dine: Meatless & Mole

For ages 18 & up

In our 1 1/2 hour, demonstration class, our instructors will show you how to make a traditional mole served over roasted, seasonal squash; a colorful salad filled with flavor and assorted textures; and the most amazing dessert. You'll pick up tips as you sit back, relax and enjoy this meatless meal that is suitable for any occasion.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? A glass of wine will be paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
