About this Dish: Rich cheese, bronze-extruded pasta, and freshly-ground pepper — the ultimate comfort food, Pasta Cacio e Pepe is a simple Roman dish that depends on the quality of just a few ingredients.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Roman pasta dishes

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Cacio e Pepe

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as Cacio e Pepe

• Take home the menu and/or recipe(s) from the class

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• This is a demonstration style class, there is no hands-on component

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
