Join our community for our monthly Dementia Support Group. The second Thursday of each month we will meet with a new guest speaker to gain knowledge, insights, and resources for dementia support. This month Kayley Pose with Fox Rehab will be presenting on “The Benefits of Exercise with Dementia.” Afterwards enjoy a time of community connection with refreshments and light bites.
