Join us for our Dementia Support Group, held the last Tuesday of every month from 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Walking with You is our dementia support group that is meant to provide comfort to families, loved ones, and caregivers of those with dementia.
We know how overwhelming your situation can be, so we are providing a space for questions, comfort, and education.
