Join us as Lindie Heasler discusses the day-to-day realities of caregiving for Alzheimer’s/Dementia loved ones, using examples and going through some hands-on exercises.
At the conclusion of the seminar, you will feel better equipped for the caretaking journey ahead in three important ways:
1. You will have a deeper understanding of what your loved one may be experiencing
2. You will have practical tools for responding to some of the difficult situations that arise in everyday caregiving
3. You will learn simple, practical ways to protect your own well-being, manage stress, and maintain balance as you care for a loved one with Dementia.

Registration is required. If any individual requires an accommodation to participate in the library events, programs, or classes, please contact the host library location. Please contact the host location at least 3 days before the program/event.
