Dementia Fest Walk with Alzheimer Scotland & Dementia Heroes

Join us for a lovely stroll around the beautiful Botanic Gardens. We’ll wander for 45 minutes and return to the Kibble Palace for a cuppa and a blether. Meet us at the pond in the Kibble Palace at 11am.

Dementia Heroes will be strollong with us to chat about their free Dementia Cafes, support and info in libraries and more.

Lorna from Alzheimer Scotland will be joining us so that you can walk and talk about concerns you may have for yourself, a friend or loved one. Lorna will be with us for the walk and the tea and blether afterwards. Lorna can also chat about Brain Health and how to protect our brains – its never too early or too late to make a change.

Everyone is welcome and the walk will be wheelchair accessible. Dress for the weather and if you need one to one support please bring a buddy with to assist you.
