Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our Coaching Circle for People Caring for Someone with Dementia. This circle is about celebrating your resilience, refilling your cup, and reminding you that you are doing an incredible job.

Caring for someone living with dementia calls on extraordinary patience, love and adaptability. This uplifting coaching circle is a place to pause, feel encouraged, and reconnect with your own strength, alongside carers who truly understand this unique journey. Here, we focus on what sustains you—the moments of connection, the resilience you’re building every day, and the techniques and strategies that help you keep going.

What you can expect:

• Connection with people who understand dementia and the changes it brings
• Guidance from an experienced coach who understands dementia caring
• Positive, strengths-focused conversations that lift energy and build confidence
• Practical tools to support communication, emotional balance and everyday wellbeing
• Time to reflect, reset and recognise what you’re doing well
• A genuine sense of belonging—you are supported and valued
