Dementia Caregiving 101 — Week 4: Activities, SIU programs, Nutrition

The Smith Alzheimer's Center at SIU Medicine is hosting an eight-week caregiver support program, designed to equip family caregivers of individuals still living at home. Each week, this class will explore different topics on how best to care for someone with memory loss. You may sign up for all eight weeks, or just the weeks of interest to you.

This week, the session topics are:

• Nutrition that's good for the brain
• Meaningful activities
• Beyond the Medical Center programs at the Smith Alzheimer's Center
