Dementia Capable CARES invites you to attend our End of Year Party! Enjoy complimentary food, beverages & merriment as we celebrate another successful year. For the 2nd year in a row, we invite our guests to partner with us in giving back to local seniors by bringing supplies for The Center for Volunteer Caregiving's "Holiday Bags for Seniors" drive. Receive a free raffle ticket in exchange for your supplies. Additional raffle tickets for purchase at $5 each. Refer to the link below for more details on donation items needed:
