We’re delighted to announce our Dementia Café in Chapeltown will be held on the first Wednesday of every month. Families, carers, and individuals living with dementia are warmly invited to join us once again.
What to Expect at our next Dementia Café:

* Music, laughter, and uplifting moments for everyone
