Dementia Awareness Session

Join us for a free, one-hour dementia awareness session at the Memory Hub, a community center in First Hill for people living with memory changes and their caregivers and care partners. The Memory Hub is a part of the UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center.

At this session, you will receive information about the following:

• What dementia is and the most common type
• 5 key messages to know
• How to communicate with someone living with dementia
• Ideas for ways to help build dementia-friendly spaces in our community
