Beef Wellington is one of those dishes that seem difficult but is actually quite simple. Our chefs will take the regular Wellington that usual feeds 4-6 people and make it personal and flavorful, ensuring you will get the temperature that you desire, all while creating a beautiful masterpiece.

-Chopped Salad with Dijon Dressing (Bacon, Croutons, red onions, tomatoes, and toasted nuts served on a bed of greens, with a freshly made dressing that is unbeatable.. )
-Beef Wellington with Sautéed Garlic Broccoli
- Cheesy Horseradish Mashed Potatoes (Mashed potatoes, mixed with horseradish, Gruyere and butter.. )
- Toffee Brownie Trifle (cake, Vanilla pudding, Strawberry compote, brownie served with chocolate pudding, Whipped cream and champagne, layered together to create a dessert like no other. )
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day.
Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres.
