DELICIOUS DUMPLINGS: In the Kitchen with Judi Strauss at Wildwood Cultural Center

The word "dumpling" means different things to different people. Dumplings can be noodle-like spaetzle, soft bready biscuits sitting on top of stew, or Asian dough filled with any number of ingredients. In this class we will explore all sorts of foods that fall under the category of "dumpling."
These are interactive cooking classes for you to enjoy, and classes highlight an array of cooking topics and "how-tos." Judi's classes are a great way to learn new cooking techniques, taste new recipes, and experience cooking in a fun environment. In each class, there will be plenty to taste and recipes to take home. Come 'cook up' some new recipes with Judi!

Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
