Come along and learn to make your own dumplings with three types of filling; pork and cabbage gyoza, prawn and pork siu mai (dim sims), and a vegetarian option.
This is a demonstration and hands-on course with students preparing their own dumplings with both homemade dough & store-bought wrappers.
