Dumplings are one of the most popular food items in China, Korea and Japan and have also become a favourite food option here in Australia. Come along and learn to make your own dumplings with three types of filling; Pork and Vegetable Gyoza, Shrimp and Chives Dumpling, and a vegetarian option.
This is a demonstration and hands-on course with students preparing their own dumplings with ready-made wrappers.
This course runs for 1 session x 3.5 hours.
