Delaney Young in Concert (House Show ft. Micah Felts and Dy Bush)
About this Event
Join Delaney Young for an evening of music, poetry, and storytelling, featuring songs from her recently released EP, Thine.
Delaney Young is a poet-priest and singer-songwriter based in Chicago. With a background in classical piano, her music marries the aural aesthetics of mellow indie-folk with the chordal structures of alternative/classical, all with an emphasis on unconventional, evocative lyricism. Her music explores themes of love and loss, faith and mystery, home and self. Young's Godsongs are raw and honest words to and from the Divine about doubt, discovery, belonging, suffering, loneliness, and journey.
Over the past couple of years, she has made her foray into the indie-Christian music world, opening for the likes of Jon Guerra, Andy Squyres, and Ethan Nathaniel. In February and March 2026, she went on tour with Guerra and Squyres, playing in 7 cities across the US. Read more about her most recent project, Thine, on Patreon or follow her on Instagram for updates @delaneylyoung_music.
