We have partnered with Hamilton Distillers Group to bring you an evening of engaging conversation and sensory overload as we pair the cuisine of Executive Chef Michael Mahalick with the local libations of Whiskey del Bac.On 2 May 2024, Barley and Smoke will proudly host Hamilton Distillers Group as they present their locally crafted Arizona whiskeys with the cuisine of Exe Chef Michael Mahalick and Chef de Cuisine Kurtis Purdy. All reservations made for the evening of 2 May will have the opportunity to enjoy this experience a la carte without any up-front payment. B&S Mixologists will craft cocktails using Whiskey del Bac during the event that pair with the courses from our culinary team while Hamilton Distiller representatives are on-hand to share in the crafting of their libations. This event will be held the entire evening of 2 May and guests may choose Whiskey del Bac pairings or any beverage option of their liking.

All reservations and dress will abide by our standard booking agreements found during the confirmation process of your reservation. The meal will include several courses and beverage pairings that will be billed at the end of your meal per your oder - a la carte. This is not a fixed menu. Our entire beverage offerings will be available for the evening; however, the food menu will be geared towards pairing with Whiskey del Bac crafted beverages or a libation of your choice. Cheers!
