THE CHALLENGEHow it works:
This challenge will require a rower, ski-erg, air bike, and weights required for DEKA ATLAS Foundation Zone 3 Surrender Lunge (35lb/15kg, 20lb/10kg, 15lb/7.5kg)
Using whatever strategy the team prefers, the team will complete in order - 1000 meter row, followed by a 1000 meter ski, followed by 50cal air bike.
A “buy in” of 20 DEKA ATLAS Foundation Zone 3 Surrender Lunge reps must be completed by each teammate before the row, ski, and air bike.
Scoring:
Team score is the total time it takes to complete the challenge.
