It's time to grab a partner and kick some DEKA butt with a bit of fundraising on the side!Here's the deal. This event is for members only. (A member is anyone who is a monthly member or has or had a punch pass. If don't have one, you can get one.) We'll be doing DEKA STRONG in the morning and DEKA MILE in the afternoon. You can race as many times as you want with as many partners as you'd like (#letsgetfitnesspromiscuous). We even have some t-shirts and medals still available for those of you who have not had the opportunity to earn one yet (sizes are limited and they are first come first served). Each run will cost $35/person for a t-shirt and medal or $20/person to just run.
Each team will split up the 10 Zones however they want and you'll also have the opportunity to race side-by-side with another team! Side bets anyone? But wait, there's more! We're also going to award prizes to the top 3 teams in each age group. Age groups will be determined by adding up both partner's ages to get a total age. Those age groups will be Under 70, 70-89, 90+ (we may need to refine these at a later point). There will be awards for the top 3 Male teams, top 3 Female teams, and top 3 Coed teams.
