JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL DEKA DOUBLE MILE EVENT!Sunday, December 4 from 8AM to 12PM The Energy Lab will be hosting a Team Deka Double Mile Event!
Here's how Deka Double Mile works:
Choose your team of 4 to compete. Participants do not need to have prior Deka experience and DO NOT need to be Energy Lab Members.
Give your team a name - Maybe come up with something that matches our Grinch Theme ?
Choose your Heat Time - we will give you directions once your team is signed up
Deka Double is a team event. You sign up in teams of 4️⃣ to compete. Break the course up any way your team decides.

Deka Double Mile:
160M Run prior to each Zone
Zone 1 - 60 Reverse RAM Lunges
Zone 2 - 1000M Row
Zone 3 - 40 Box Jumps/Step Overs
Zone 4 - 50 Med Ball Sit Ups
Zone 5 - 1000M Ski ERG
Zone 6 - 200M Farmer Carry
Zone 7 - 50 Cal Assault Bike
Zone 8 - 40 Shoulder Overs
Zone 9 - 200M Tank Push/Pull
Zone 10 - 40 RAM Burpees
Did we mention teams will be competing for cash pries.....AND a % of all proceed are donated to a local charity?
Ready to go? Cost is $200/team
Want extra practice? Deka Open Gym Training is included in the cost, running from November 6 to Dec 2!
