About this Event
Event Description
Women from immigrant families defy expectations every day—overcoming obstacles, breaking cultural norms, and shattering barriers. Their stories are powerful testaments to resilience, strength, and determination.
Tonight, we shine a spotlight on the journeys of women from immigrant families, exploring the pivotal moments in their lives where they have defied expectations. Through a timeline of personal stories, our speakers will share their experiences at different stages of life— whether in early childhood, adolescence, coming of age, or adulthood.
Join us for an evening of storytelling that celebrates the resilience and power of women.
