Defined, Undefined, & Unwritten™ | Who Are You Without the Titles?

Take away the titles. The responsibilities. The expectations. Who's left?
Mother. Daughter. Wife. Partner. Professional. Caregiver. Friend. Leader. The dependable one. The responsible one.
We spend years learning how to fulfill roles, meet expectations, and show up for the people in our lives.
But how often do we stop and ask:
Who am I beyond what I do for everybody else?
And here's another question:
What if there are parts of me I haven't even had the opportunity to discover yet?
Welcome to Defined, Undefined, & Unwritten™ (DUU), a clinically informed, interactive exploration experience presented by Progressing through Therapy, PLLC and Seeking Self, PLLC.
Our first workshop, Who Have I Learned to Be?, invites women ages 30 and older to explore the roles, relationships, expectations, beliefs, and experiences that have influenced their identities.
This isn't about fixing yourself.
It isn't about finding something wrong with your life.
And we're not here to tell you who you should become.
We're here for exploration, awareness, discovery, and growth.
What Can You Expect?
Through interactive activities, guided reflection, and conversation, we'll explore:
- How we've learned to define ourselves.
- The roles and expectations we've accepted, inherited, or chosen.
- How our experiences and relationships influence identity.
- The difference between who we are and what we do.
- The parts of ourselves we may still be discovering.
You won't be required to share personal experiences or disclose information you're uncomfortable discussing.
Your story belongs to you.
