Join us for an immersive 4-hour course at Ares Training Facility, where participants will delve into the essential fundamentals of Basic Defensive Pistol skills and progress to Advanced threat engagement techniques. Designed for both beginners and seasoned shooters, this intensive training session will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to enhance your defensive shooting capabilities. For just $200, you will learn from experienced instructors in a dynamic environment, ensuring you leave with confidence and improved proficiency in handling real-world scenarios.- Focus on critical building blocks: grip, stance, holster draws, and retention skills for real-world encounters.
- Learn effective at-home training methods using dry fire and laser systems.
On-range training includes:
- Close-quarters point shooting (3 to 10 meters).
- Mastery of rhythm shooting and Bill Drills for rapid, accurate follow-up shots.
- Practice shooting until the threat stops, with no preplanned round counts.
Advanced drills feature:
- Multiple target transitions using the "push method."
- Threat identification with balloon-target simulations.
- Engaging targets at various angles to improve decision-making under stress.
