This one day class offers hands-on training designed to build speed, accuracy, and confidence under pressure. Whether you’re a concealed carrier or a professional looking to perform on demand, this course will help you take your defensive handgun skills to the next level.

Note: this is not a beginers handgun course. You must have a sound understanding of safe firearms handling and the ability to draw and fire from a holster.

Course overview:
Use of force and the force continuum.
Human anatomy and handgun effectiveness.
Introduction to principle based training.
Skill isolation exercises that explore the nuances of grip, sights & trigger, while layering difficulty to develop aggressive shooting with a high level of accountability.
Exploring visual confirmation.
Developing an efficient draw for faster first round hits.
Timed drills.
Reloads.
Malfunctions.
Shooting while moving.
Challenges to drive competition amongst students.
Shooting at distance.
A chance to achieve the Citizen Defense Standards.

Defensive Handgun Performance & Development Terms and Conditions:
All sales are final at the time of purchase. Clients may reschedule an upcoming class up to one time but an additional range fee will apply. The range fee will depend on the range where the class is scheduled to be held.
If a client wishes to reschedule a class, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the current class. If they are within the 24 hour period, the client may cancel the reservation but rescheduling of the current reservation will not be permitted. If the client wishes to re-book a class, they must schedule a new reservation at the full cost of the class.
