Germany’s Defeated Sanity bring their signature brand of labyrinthine, technical brutal death metal, a project originally started by drummer Lille Gruber and his father and now regarded as one of the most uncompromising bands in the genre.From Durban, South Africa, Vulvodynia deliver slamming deathcore and brutal death that is absurdly heavy, blending technical riffing with skull-rattling breakdowns.
New Zealand’s Organectomy joins the bill with their slam-soaked brutal death metal, representing Christchurch and sitting at the front of the modern slam/death scene.
Rounding it out, New Jersey’s Scasm brings fresh brutal death metal and grind energy, opening the night at full intensity.
