Twenty-five years after the release of The Fallout, Default is hitting the road to celebrate the album that launched them into the forefront of Canadian rock. Fans can expect an unforgettable night featuring the massive hits “Wasting My Time,” “Deny,” and “Slow Me Down,” along with favourites from throughout the band’s catalogue. The Fallout became one of Canada’s defining rock albums of the early 2000s, earning multi-platinum status and helping establish Default as one of the country’s premier rock acts.
Formed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Default emerged as one of Canada’s most successful rock bands of the 2000s. Their debut album The Fallout achieved multi-platinum status in Canada and spawned the hit singles “Wasting My Time,” “Deny,” and “Slow Me Down.” The band earned multiple JUNO Award nominations, won the JUNO Award for Best New Group in 2002, charted numerous singles across North America, and built a devoted fan base through their powerful live performances and enduring catalogue of rock anthems. Fronted by Dallas Smith, Default remains a beloved fixture in Canadian rock more than two decades after their debut.
