Description: Students will dive deeper into the art of creating and maintaining indigo vats, learning the full process from transforming plants into dye pigment to keeping vats healthy for long-term use. The workshop will explore both traditional and modern resist techniques, offering opportunities to experiment with a range of design styles, from simple to more advanced. Participants will gain hands-on experience in vat care, ensuring they can produce vibrant blue hues consistently.
Level: Beginner, Ages 16+
