Poetry invites us to slow down, pay attention and perhaps shift our perspective. Choosing from a variety of modern poets, facilitator Debra Thorne will guide participants through a practice of listening and noticing the particular insight or wisdom a poem might have for us. Debra has many years of experience facilitating and guiding groups. You can read more about her here:

Deepening Through Poetry will run every Tuesday from 1:00-2:00pm except for statutory holidays.
