The Fireside Building is pleased to host the Deepening Connections IFS group, facilitated by Drs. Robin Beardsley and Elizabeth Parsons. Do you want to understand yourself better and experience more self-compassion? Do you have a strong inner critic, experience social anxiety, have mood swings, or generally struggle in your relationships with others? Are you familiar with IFS and already know some of your parts? This in-person 14 session group we will explore the parts of us that come up in relationships. Through meditations, experiential exercises, journaling and sharing you will deepen your connection to your parts, learning why they feel and behave the way that they do. We will be meeting on Mondays, from 10:30am-1pm at the Fireside Building - 428 Gilmour Street Dates: (14 sessions) 2026 November 2, 9, 16, 30 December 14 2027 January 11, 25 February 8, 22 March 8, 22 April 5, 12, 19 The intake session and group meetings are covered by OHIP.
