Deep Yin

In this purposely created Yin workshop you will be guided through an element based sequence of long held postures working along your meridian energy lines. We will be working to release tension in the deepest layers of our connective tissue (fascia) and clearing blockages so energy can flow freely again.

This workshop will be an internally focused, slow but deeply releasing and healing practice which will leave you cleared of physical and energetical tension ready for the rest of your Saturday!

All levels welcome (not suitable for pregnant students)
