Press pause, step into the heart of deep winter and allow yourself to reset and recharge with a contemplative day of activities thoughtfully curated to optimally support your winter care.
As the year comes to a close and Vata season peaks, our energy can feel scattered, dry, and cold. This holistic retreat day offers traditional yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic practices to ground, restore and rest you from the inside out.
