?Are you ready for a dance journey within?
Using the Deep Secret recipe, by @secretsunrisesingapore, this inner dance session gives you the safety and space to deeply connect with the magic within you.
?What is Deep Secret?
It is a facilitated conscious dance, optional blindfolded to start, surrounded by nature…. ?
Blended into a juicy unique offering.
?️In a 90 minute session, you are taken on a journey within, allowing you to deeply connect with yourself in a gorgeous guided movement meditation.
Using visualisation you are guided to start to slowly move and trust in your body to move the way it needs to, increasing the tempo to a euphoric dance sensation and then coming down to savour your inner joy.
