This Wednesday, Deep Root Sound & Scene opens the crates for an R&B listening and dancing experience rooted in Contemporary R&B, New Jack Swing, Funk, Hip-Hop Soul, Neo Soul, and Alternative R&B.

SCENE: Queen & Slim, the 2019 film starring Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith, on the big screen in the Courtyard.

SPECIAL FEATURE: Complimentary R&B Dance Class led by @dulceysensualatl at 7:00 PM, focused on R&B dance basics and partner work.

Curated by Block & Drum resident DJ Rasta Root, Deep Root Sound & Scene is part of our venue’s ongoing series of DJ residencies and curated music sessions.
