Deep Restore is a recurring weekly offering designed to help you slow down, come home to your body, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
📍 Each week carries a consistent theme, while the modality shifts in rotation, including meditation, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, or somatic movement, keeping the practice fresh while the intention stays grounded.
The first hour is devoted to the practice of the week, guided to help you drop out of the mind and into direct experience, whatever that modality calls forward that day.
The second hour moves into integration: a space for authentic sharing, reflection, and inner restoration. This is where the practice gets to land, where insight, emotion, or release can be witnessed and metabolized in community, rather than carried home unprocessed.
Weekly. One hour of practice, one hour of integration. All levels welcome. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up for yourself.
