This retreat is for everyone desiring to engage in a deeply transformative journey together with others and the natural world.
This retreat is an opportunity for everyone to step out of our
busy everyday lives and to immerse ourselves in a deep encounter both with outer nature as well as with our inner nature. We come to experience ourselves as part of a living breathing planetary being in a deeply experiential way.
At a time of great uncertainty, division, inequality and mass extinction, if feels important to stop, to breath, to embody our sense of belonging to this world and all that exists with a renewed sense of awe and purpose. With the felt sense of belonging comes a deeper inner relaxation, a deeper release of our nervous system, a deeper sense of openness to a moment-to-moment process in an ever-unfolding universe.

* This retreat is co-organized with Trees&Circles Foundation, and the totality of the income after costs will be donated to Trees&Circles Foundation to support its work in the world.

* Retreat Location: Masia Hort de la Riera, Urb. Cal, 08253 El Pinyot, Barcelona (Spain). One hour from Barcelona airport; we will help participants coordinate shared taxi rides.
