East Oakland Renters - Join us for a Tenants' Rights Workshop with Centro Legal!

The Displacement Avoidance Project @ EB PREC is opening up the Better Neighborhoods, Same Neighbors Resource Center on 94th and E14 (aka International Blvd) for tenants in The Deep to come learn more about your renters' rights from . Whether you have questions about leases, repairs, evictions, or any other tenant issues, this workshop is for you! While all Alameda County renters are welcome, this workshop is especially centering tenants in Deep East Oakland, where the risk of displacement is greatest. The first 15 attendees will receive a free air purifier from HOPE Collaborative!

Please note: this registration is to attend the workshop in person ONLY. Light snacks will be provided!
