For the first time ever, Cask23 presents a Deep Dive into Mezcal and Tequila – an immersive tasting evening featuring two exceptional brands, El Rayo Tequila and Ojo de Dios Mezcal.

Led by industry expert Julian, who brings over 20 years of experience, you'll get a chance to sample five varieties from these top brands, while learning about the rich history, production processes, and flavor profiles that make each spirit unique.

The evening includes:

• Cigar & Mezcal/Tequila Pairing (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM): Limited to 8 spots for an intimate pairing session in our cigar lounge. Pair your favorite cigar with a choice of mezcal or tequila.
• Sit-down Tasting Session (7:00 PM): A guided tasting of five premium varieties (including El Rayo’s Plata and Reposado, and Ojo de Dios’ Espadin, Odd Cafe, and Odd Hibiscus). Julian will provide insights into the differences between Tequila and Mezcal, as well as the distilling process behind each.
