Deep Connection - Women's Yoga Circle

During this event we will focus on allowing ourselves to connect with our innerself to help our bodies release the stress & tension from our energetic & physical bodies, clearing our minds to assist in helping you relax, and this will also help improve sleep. As usual we start with a little meditation, and this event will be followed by some light snacks & beverages.

• This event is indoors , in person & private. If you are feeling unwell or have a cough, I ask that you please wear a mask for the respect & safety of all attendies.
