Our mission is to inspire 1 billion individuals to live fulfilled lives through leadership development and self-worth education.

Our Leadership Development Tea Party Program has reached 7,000+ participants, equipping them with tools to improve emotional and mental well-being. Graduates consistently report healing from trauma, greater confidence and life success.

We focus on Self-Love, Self-Care, and Mental, Emotional, and Physical Health, with initiatives to:

• Educate and empower
• Promote sisterhood
• End bullying and violence

While open to all, we prioritize support for Black and Brown girls, helping them break cycles of poverty—especially in cities like Cincinnati, where youth poverty rates remain high.

Internationally, we’ve expanded to Zimbabwe, Malawi, Nigeria and South Africa, where we've partnered with the Nelson Mandela Foundation. We have hosted 32 Leadership Tea Parties across the U.S. and abroad.

In response to the alarming rise in teen depression (CDC: 57% of U.S. teen girls feel persistently sad), we’re launching a new program in 2025: "Equipping A Generation Of Leaders For The City Of Cincinnati."
