A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS
Fans all over the globe know: Oliver Ackermann always brings surprises. The singer and guitarist of New York City’s A Place To Bury Strangers has been delighting and astonishing his audience for close to two decades, combining post-punk, noise-rock, shoegaze, psychedelia, and avant-garde music in startling and unexpected ways.

PLATTENBAU
Corporate post-truth band Plattenbau provides a clash of the primitive with high-minded internal feelings. Guitar-trashing, synth-smashing noise-pop and post-punk. Plattenbau formed in 2011 in the dark basement of the former Stasi HQ in East Berlin. Originally strictly a recording project, they jammed over slow grinding death rock for hours and listened back to the tapes into cold dark nights, talking alternate realities, corporate ghost stories, and the death of ideology.

DATA ANIMAL
Future Primitive is the debut album from Auckland / Berlin Techno Punks, Data Animal, on Oliver Ackermann’s newly formed label, Dedstrange. Future Primitive follows highly regarded early singles, Bad M.F & Death Racer, and is a full-blown sonic weapon from the streets. Songs address the decay and breakdown of modern life and the approaching apocalyptic fall out of human behavior. Taking influence from NYC no-wave, British post-punk, and Detroit techno, Future Primitive gives rock n roll a much-needed facelift. The future is simultaneously technological and primordial and Future Primitive is the soundtrack to a species with no future.

JEALOUS
Powerhouse Art-Punk Trio \\ Inspired by 70s glam-rock and post-punk, Jealous songs center around serial killers, strange drug experiences, the weather, and the need to not apologise for being human and owning flaws. The trio released their first EP ›What’s Your Damage?‹ on their own label Baby Satan Records in 2019, followed by their second EP ›Lover‹ on New York label Deadstrange in 2020. In addition to touring with Gurr and Amyl and The Sniffers, Jealous performed numerous opening slots for Viagra Boys, Death Valley Girls and Surfbort.
