Join Dana Fields from Meta Yoga and Dawn Ehman from Yogavibez for a special all-levels vinyasa class offered freely to our community as we gather in love and remembrance of someone who meant so much to us, a fellow yoga, Travis Lancaster. This practice is dedicated to honoring her spirit, her light, and the impact she made both on and off the mat.
Together, we will move through a gentle yet empowering flow, linking breath with movement in a way that welcomes every body and every heart. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, this class is an invitation to come as you are — to breathe, to reflect, to feel, and to connect.
We will close with a grounding meditation and quiet space to hold gratitude, memories, and intention.
