3 Lifts on Log,
3 Lifts on Dead.
Biggest Total wins the category.
Any shared positions will be decided by Actual weight lifted - Body weight on both events.
Trophies for top 3 of each category!
Cut off to get T Shirt will be 31st October!

Suggested Weights will be as follows, this doesn’t count as one of your 3 lifts, but step up if way above:
Novice Ladies:
Log - 40kg
Dead - 100kg
Experienced Ladies:
Log - 50kg
Deads - 120kg
Novice Men:
Log - 80kg
Dead - 170kg
Inters Men:
Log - 110kg
Deads - 240kg
Opens Men:
Log - 125kg
Dead - 280kg
Rules:
Everyone will get 3 lifts on Log & Dead.
Deadlift First.
Dropped bar - No Rep on deadlifts.
