_________________________________Decrepit Youths are a high-octane, dual-fronted alt-rock band from Newcastle, UK.
Formed in the summer of 2023, the band made an immediate impact with their debut single ‘Loose Ends’, which was named Single of the Month by CRACK Magazine and picked up playlisting across two BBC Introducing shows. Their follow-up ‘K*ll The Lights’, pushed their sound further onto the national stage when it was championed by Alyx Holcombe on the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show.
Across their music, Decrepit Youths channel a raw and uncompromising energy. The six-piece fuse heavy, riff-driven
foundations with synth-soaked textures, distortion-drenched soundscapes, and lyrics that cut deep into themes of self- sabotage and oppression. The result is a dark, explosive take on alt-rock that feels both visceral and unrestrained.
Fronted by David Stoker and Connor Pattison, the band’s dual vocals drive their boundary-pushing sound, with each member adding their own edge to a collective chemistry that thrives on grit, chaos, and creativity.
