Decoupage with Michele Faulkner - Shell Necklaces

The "Decoupage Lady", Michele Faulkner, returns with another fun and easy project. First, using a simple decoupage technique, with many designs to choose from, we'll create our shell pendant. Second, we will create our necklace at an adjustable length.

No experience is needed to participate in this class and all materials are provided by the instructor!
