We believe that tufting and crafting cannot be a substantial neutral, nor can it be tepid – it is in the sensation of touch that we create tangible memory, the most primal comfort, and a shelter that eases you through chance.
Guided by the concepts of adaptation and flexibility, we dive into the artisanal and customized approach to heighten emotions at the speed of change.
We shape products within stories - these stories that we tell you and that you feel in a literal way. That's what we want: for you to feel this moment in the tone of change and the sound of passage.
Among the brand's pillars are the creative process of artisanal development of all pieces using econyl, the regenerable nylon rescued from fishing nets.
handmade • sustainable • customizable • exclusive
We use Econyl nylon yarn in our products, 100% sustainable as it is infinitely regenerable with no loss of quality.
Econyl is produced through a unique regeneration process by reusing old carpets and fishing nets manually retrieved from the sea by volunteer divers.
The environmental impacts are enormous: waste reuse, ocean cleaning, saving marine animals and plants, 80% less pollution.
This is the story of three creators, independent personalities, yet connected by a shared worldview, guided by artistic honesty and a closer relationship with the Earth, our living and irreplaceable cosmic home. Different yet brought together by elective affinities, these designers have expanded their practices into the field of Art and found themselves entangled in a collective web of concerns about our living environment, its needs, and powers over life.
Victor Leite speaks to us of the Earth through Resources, infecting us with his concern to foster an industrial practice committed to the environment, acting intensely not only as a designer of sustainable products (raw materials and processes), but also as an articulator and curator, repositioning brands and products, supporting Zero Waste and upcycling projects, promoting events and publicizing his vision of "ecological co-responsibility in what we create, where everyday decisions reverberate in the macrocosm of nature". This professional vitality, focused and objective, coexists with a multiple and experimental creative activity, in which Victor investigates subjective questions, ideas that have accompanied him for decades, doubts about learning and the materiality of things, while allowing himself experimental processes, highlighting the project Paisagens Sonoras (Soundscapes) of furniture developed from music. In 15 years of activity, he has consolidated a contemporary, minimalist and versatile language, partly neutral and international, partly heir to the best tradition of Brazilian authorial furniture. From creation to market, always anchored in environmental ethics and sustainable entrepreneurship, Victor has catalyzed a chain of responsible actions and commitments for a better future on our mother planet.
Pedro Galaso reconciles distinct dimensions. On the one hand, a technical background in Architecture and Urbanism from UNESA and OXFORD-UK, complemented by postgraduate degrees and courses in Furniture Design, Fine Arts and Sculpture at renowned institutions with researchers of recognized scientific merit. On the other hand, the artist has built his personal journey of spirituality and healing through the ancestral knowledge of culture and the land, through the religions of African origin to which he adheres. Thus, simultaneously, his creative activity develops with the accumulated experience of academic studies in different areas and diverse technical-material knowledge, in a singular conversation with personal feelings of identity search and physical-existential therapy, experienced in the identification with the forces of the earth and myth. We find in Galaso the dynamic duality of contrasts: the welcoming hand-modeled clay and the elegant industrial satin wood; the modest ephemeral straw and the precious immortal gold; contemporary design and popular culture; science and talismans. This conciliatory personality is also expressed by the activity of articulator and cultural entrepreneur, involving people and institutions in relevant projects in the environment of creation and authorial design, undertaking events and regional fairs.
Fabiana Queiroga is a builder of natural poetry, impressed since childhood with the universe hidden in the gardens of the various houses her family inhabited; of plants, stones, animals, aromas, affections and memories. Her creative activity feeds on the forces of the earth, the architectures of rocks shaped by the tectonics of the ages, the sharp furrows of water on the plains, stony and sandy fields, the undulating greens of grasses, the branches that take root and intertwine, the shiny and incisive metals. But don't expect easy solutions or sweet proposals: Fabiana hurts! Her keen sense of reality opposes the natural and the man-made, combining them in an intense and disconcerting visual poetry. The archaic appeal of nature on us confronts the coldness of polished metals in an unresolved tension of opposites - like life itself - and which the artist materializes in the construction of "hybrid sculptural objects": complex artistic beings, where her activities in the fields of painting, sculpture, printmaking, furniture design and jewelry are mixed. They involve and disturb us without us being able to understand them, like a visual poetry of the earth, full of meaning and mystery. With a thought inclined to philosophy, the artist warns with her creations that "looking closely everything can be different and between the delicate and the rough there can be an aesthetic and symbolic balance".
