Adapted from The Body Project, this program creates a supportive, bold space to confront and dismantle diet culture. It's designed for those ready to challenge societal norms, reclaim their bodies, and build powerful, authentic connections with others.Through honest discussions, eye-opening activities, and collective support, participants will confront the harmful messages that shape our relationship with food and our bodies. Together, we'll break free from unrealistic standards, embrace self-acceptance, and empower each other to take control of our own narratives.
This group will meet four times from 6-7:30pm on the following dates:
