Decolonizing Interreligious Encounters in the Age of Genocide

This panel aims to examine alternative ways to conduct interreligious engagement in the context of mass Atrocities and genocide. The speaker will discuss, from their own individual traditions, the role of religious agencies in advocating peace and justice. The panel will explore topics related to: interfaith interaction and peace treaties; liberation theology and advocacy for justice and human rights; international law, diplomacy, and interfaith in the Israeli Palestinian context.
