This class begins with a talk on ingredients, flavor wheels and the chemistry of tea, followed by a hands-on experience as you create, taste and take home your own custom tea blend!Our December workshops will have a particular focus on teas to gift! Come with a giftee in mind, and we'll help you craft the perfect, personal present!
