Cocoon yourself in the comfort of an antigravity recliner or yoga mat, and let waves of sound and vibration wash away tension and stress. You’ll be treated to blankets, bolsters, pillows, and eye coverings (feel free to bring your own) to maximize your comfort. Then rest back to hear and feel the tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments move through you, inviting your body to unwind.
Each session is unique—designed to reboot your nervous system and leave you feeling noticeably lighter, calmer, and more focused.
Take your time afterward to rest in silence, transition slowly, and leave feeling refreshed, clear, and grounded.
Come with friends, family, or simply yourself and enjoy a peaceful space to unwind—a shared pause in the middle of busy life.
