Join us at RVN Wellness each month for a heart-opening evening of meaningful connection, healing, and inner nourishment in sacred sisterhood. These circles are a space to exhale and just be—no masks, no pressure, just you as you are.

Together, we’ll honour the natural rhythms of the seasons, tune into our inner wisdom, and share in practices like journaling, guided meditation, intention setting, and soul-deep conversation.
